Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LEAPERone is an AI API Gateway platform that provides a unified API interface for accessing multiple AI model services, including but not limited to Chat Completions, Image Generation, and Audio Transcription.

2. Account Registration

• You must sign in via a GitHub or Google account to create a LEAPERone account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You bear all liability for losses caused by account compromise.
• Each individual or legal entity may register only one account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Billing and Payment

• LEAPERone uses a pay-as-you-go billing model. All charges are denominated in US dollars (USD).
• You must top up your account balance via Stripe. The minimum top-up amount is $5.
• API usage is deducted from your balance in real time.
• New users may receive promotional credits, which are consumed before purchased credits.
• API calls will return a 402 error when your balance is insufficient.

4. Refund Policy

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. If service interruption or billing errors occur due to platform issues, you may contact us to request a refund or compensation. We will process requests within 14 business days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our services, you must not:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations (including but not limited to pornography, violence, or hate speech)
• Use the API for fraud, spam, or other malicious activities
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing systems, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, attack, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Resell or share API access without authorization
• Violate the usage policies of upstream AI model providers

6. Intellectual Property

The LEAPERone trademarks, interface design, and technical implementation are our property. Intellectual property rights for content generated via the API are subject to the upstream model provider's terms. You retain ownership of input content you submit through the API.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, third-party service failures, or force majeure. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAPERone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Termination

• You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.
• Upon account termination, unused purchased credits will be handled according to the refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where the platform is located.
